    Private Usui Reiki Level 1 is a course taught over 8 hours including 1-hour for lunch. Can be done online or in-person. You will cover all the necessary Level 1 topics:

    - The history and practice of Reiki and the structure of Energy Healing.

    - The Energetic field, Chakras, and other Energy structure relevant to Reiki.

    - Channeling: What it is, how to do it, and how to get information from it.

    - Leading a healing session for yourself or others: From hand positions to Reiki Energy Healing Beaming.
